DHL Parcel national (Germany):

Shipping within Germany on the mainland with DHL is free, this also applies to island deliveries. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time for domestic deliveries is 1-3 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Online shipment tracking is available for this shipping method. By entering the tracking code at www.dhl.de, you can see the current status of your shipment at any time. If you agree to your e-mail address being passed on to the parcel service provider during the ordering process, you will be notified of your shipment by e-mail before it is delivered. Please note that we do not offer deliveries to packing stations or post offices. Please note that we have to charge a processing fee of EUR 10.00 in the event that our shipments are not picked up from the post office after a unsuccessful delivery attempt, because the shipping service providers charge an additional fee for the return shipment to us.

DHL Paket EU and International (except Germany):

For shipping abroad, we recommend using the myKrautbox service - due to the current patchwork quilt within the European Union in terms of "packaging regulations", we are unable to make deliveries to EU countries other than Germany. On the one hand, this is due to the costs incurred for the registrations in each individual country, which in total quickly reach a five-digit euro amount, and on the other hand to the associated effort, because here every state cooks its own confusing soup and there are no uniform regulations, with simultaneous penalties for violations ranging from 250,000 euros to imprisonment. We are not willing to expose ourselves to this artificial restriction of the EU internal market and are therefore stopping shipping to other European countries and third countries until further notice.

We again recommend the shipping services from the provider myKrautbox, which provides you with a delivery address in Germany as the receiving address and then forwards your shipments from there on your behalf to any country in the world. The regulations of DHL Paket national then apply to our shipping service, see above.
