Voluntary Return Policy
We offer a 45-day return guarantee for all of our clothing items. On this page you will find our applicable conditions.
This voluntary return policy does not restrict your right of cancellation in any way.
As a Maracheno.eu customer, you can return the goods ordered from us within 45 days or exchange them for another size (assuming inventory) if they are in the same condition as you received it from us. New items must therefore also be new and unused when they are returned to us, as well as complete, including packaging and all accessories. Items sold as used must not have any additional signs of wear. If an item returned to us is not in this condition, the refund can be reduced or (depending on the condition) entirely refused.
You can of course try on our articles, but only like you could do this in a retail store, i.e. you must not go outside with the goods or items of clothing may under no circumstances be worn directly on the skin, but only tried on over your own clothes. Otherwise they are considered used and cannot be returned.
The same exclusions apply as in the right of withdrawal. This means that the following products cannot be returned under the return guarantee, unless they are defective:
- Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or for hygienic reasons and whose seal was removed after delivery, or that were inseparably mixed with other goods.
- Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or tailored to personal needs
- Services when we have completed them
Brand and security labels, certificates or stickers must remain on the goods if you want to return them. In addition, the products must be returned in their original packaging, no parts (including accessories or packaging parts) may be missing.
We will provide a return postage label within germany or reimburse the shipping costs for returns to us up to an amount of 4.39 euros after you have initially submitted for the return shipment. If an order is only partially returned, the return shipping costs will only be reimbursed pro rata, based on the aforementioned maximum reimbursement. Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the returned items are in the flawless condition described above, the return has previously been notified to us by phone or email, and has been approved by us and verifiably sent by you within the 45-day period. If your items are exchanged for a different size, we will bear the shipping costs for resending them to you and you will bear the costs for returning the items that do not match.

The return shipping cost reimbursement is measured on a nationwide DHL parcel M up to 2kg when buying online at www.dhl.de. The shipping risk as part of the voluntary return policy is at your expense. Therefore, regardless of our reimbursement amount, we recommend insured shipping of the goods with proof of shipment.
For logistical reasons, we can unfortunately only accept returns if they have been sent to us by Post / DHL or DPD (prefered) and the return number assigned by us is visible on the outside of the package.
